About this role

The Sr. Director, Site Leader (Engineering) is responsible for representing and leading Verint’s Noida engineering site while owning the engineering execution of the Calabrio Workforce Management (WFM) product line. As Site Leader, you will serve as the face of the Noida office – championing employee engagement, driving site culture, and coordinating cross-functionally to create a world-class engineering workplace. As Engineering Leader, you will own the technical vision and delivery of the WFM product roadmap, leading a geographically distributed team of approximately 100 employees and contractors across India and Sweden. This role reports to the VP of Engineering.
