Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join our growing technology team. This role requires deep technical expertise in managing and automating
on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure deployments
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Security, and DevSecOps practices — ensuring environments are
scalable, resilient, and secure
. You will play a critical role in infrastructure automation, CI/CD implementation, monitoring, and enabling cloud-native operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1.Design, build, and maintain
scalable and resilient CI/CD pipelines
for on-prem, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hybrid environments.
2.Implement and manage
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
3.Oversee container orchestration and deployment using
Docker and Kubernetes
.
4.Configure and monitor infrastructure with
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
, or similar observability tools.
5.Implement
security best practices (DevSecOps)
across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
6.Conduct
risk assessments and vulnerability remediation
across all environments.
7.Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to ensure
governance and compliance
.
8.Automate system provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using modern DevOps tools.
9.Assist in
disaster recovery and business continuity
planning for hybrid infrastructure.
10.Perform
routine system audits and patch management
.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
.
2.5+ years of experience
in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
3.Proven expertise in
on-premise infrastructure management and public cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure).
4.Proficiency in scripting languages such as
Bash, Python, or Go
.
5.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools:
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, CircleCI
.
6.Strong understanding of
networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing
.
7.Deep knowledge of security practices:
Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, auditing, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
.
8.Certifications such as
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, CISSP
are a plus.
Preferred Skills
1.Experience with
hybrid workload orchestrators
(Anthos, Azure Arc).
2.Knowledge of
observability best practices
and tools like OpenTelemetry.
3.Familiarity with
policy-as-code tools
(OPA/Gatekeeper, HashiCorp Sentinel).
