JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
with strong expertise in Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integration, and customization, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Implement and optimize case management, knowledge base, service console, and omni-channel features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Service Cloud features: Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Articles, Omni-Channel, CTI integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred, or Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
