Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Deep understanding of advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning and ensemble methods.
Should have good experience in projects including LLMs and GenAI models.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Advanced data visualization skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Business Needs
Ability to meet with different levels of management and communicate at that level to gather use cases/requirements and the ability to provide designs that cater to that level of stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn the basics of the industry that the client belongs to and converse with the stakeholders in the industry.
Ability to handle clients in multiple industries at the same time.
The ability to take the solutions/models created and build stories that can be presented to the top management for the clients.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6 to 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Any AI/ML related certification is a plus.
