Role Overview
We are hiring a
Senior Data Scientist (3–5 years of experience)
with strong expertise in
Industrial AI
,
Machine Learning
, and
Generative AI
. This role is focused on solving
real-time, production-grade industrial problems
using advanced ML, optimization techniques, and next-generation AI systems.
You will work on
end-to-end AI solutions
—from data modeling and algorithm design to scalable cloud deployment—across domains such as
Energy Management, Process Industries, Vibration Monitoring, and Industrial Optimization
. The role demands deep hands-on experience in
time-series modeling, optimization algorithms, MLOps, and GenAI/LLM systems
, not just experimentation.
As a senior contributor, you will also influence
AI architecture, modeling standards, and best practices
, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy
production-grade ML and AI solutions
for industrial and IoT use cases, with a strong focus on
real-time and near–real-time systems
.
Build and optimize
machine learning models for industrial applications
, including:
Time-series forecasting (Prophet, N-BEATS, LSTM, Transformers)
Predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and condition monitoring
Vibration analysis and process optimization
Apply and customize
optimization and control techniques
, including:
Genetic algorithms (PSO, evolutionary methods)
Model Predictive Control (MPC)
Golden batch analysis and operational optimization
Develop
custom loss and cost functions
tailored to business KPIs to improve model accuracy and decision relevance.
Build, fine-tune, and integrate
Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
, including:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Prompt engineering and domain adaptation
LLM-based analytics, assistants, and industrial intelligence use cases
Work with
emerging AI paradigms
, including:
Agentic AI frameworks
MCP, A2A architectures, and evolving GenAI technologies
Implement and maintain
robust MLOps pipelines
using:
MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry
Airflow / Dagster for orchestration and automation
CI/CD practices for model training, validation, and deployment
Deploy and scale ML/LLM systems using
Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to
translate industrial problems into scalable AI solutions
.
