Ideal candidates are passionate about analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and providing data-driven recommendations. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team transforming the real estate industry with one of its kind disruptive services by harnessing the power of generative AI in most of our upcoming products.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, perform data collection, and ensure data quality and integrity.</li> <li>Curate data sets including through hands on analyses and automated tools including web scraping, ETL pipelines and SQL queries.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify new data sources and complement existing data sources.</li> <li>Design and maintain intuitive BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data and insights.</li> <li>Identify actionable business insights through analysis of data trends, patterns, and correlations.</li> <li>Own documentation of data processes, schemas, and data sets</li> <li>Build using best practices in security, design, and data quality.</li> </ol> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Bachelors in computer science or related technical field.</li> <li>2-5 years of experience in data analysis (e.g. Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and visualization tools</li> <li>Experience with data querying, manipulation, and integration scripting a plus</li> <li>Experience with enterprise cloud computing and storage platforms (AWS, GCP etc)</li> <li>Thrive in a dynamic environment that requires innovation and speed of execution.</li> <li>Ability to understand and break-down problems and propose clear solutions.</li> <li>Creative and outside-the-box thinker with strategic mindset</li> <li>Willing to learn new technologies and platforms.</li> <li>Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player</li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Highly inclusive and collaborative culture built on mutual respect.</li> <li>Focus on core values, initiative, leadership and adaptability.</li> <li>Strong emphasis on personal and professional development</li> <li>Flexibility to work remotely and/or hybrid indefinitely.</li> </ol> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
