You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team that may include a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers. About the Role
The
Data Analyst
role supports the performance, reliability, and scalability of large‑scale software systems. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders in an Agile environment to analyze data, validate system performance, and provide insights that support product quality and growth.
We welcome candidates from a variety of technical and professional backgrounds who are curious, detail‑oriented, and interested in learning.
Responsibilities
Analyze data to support performance testing, research, and informed decision‑making
Modify and run existing queries to assess data quality, trends, and coverage
Perform data profiling, validation, and verification
Investigate and help resolve data‑related issues in collaboration with other teams
Create and maintain clear documentation, including data mappings and quality standards
Communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Provide data and performance insights to support internal teams
Assist with onboarding and maintaining new data sources as needed
Requirements
Experience in data analysis, data management, or performance validation
Familiarity with tools or technologies such as SQL, Python, Linux/UNIX, XML, or similar
Experience working with multiple data formats (for example: CSV, flat files, fixed‑width files, spreadsheets)
Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes
Comfortable collaborating with individuals from different technical backgrounds
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field,
or equivalent practical experience
