About the Role
Job Overview:- We are building a team of experienced copywriters passionate for conversion copy &
folks who enjoy cracking big-ticket campaigns. As a senior member of our creative team, you will be
responsible for writing copy that resonates with our customers & drives up retention rates in the US,
UK, CA, AU, and NZ markets.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging email campaigns that can improve CTRs & open rates.
Develop campaign ideas for website promotions aligned to each market’s sensibilities.
Social media campaign ideation to engage, acquire & retain customers.
Collaborate with art, business team, and other stakeholders to optimize and plan CRM
journeys, direct mailers, unique offline marketing collaterals & more.
Initiate & take charge of brand-building initiatives including but not limited to image guidelines,
brand ladder, and other brand development projects.
Continuously analyze and optimize the creative strategy of ongoing campaigns for maximum
business impact.
Qualifications and Requirements
5-8 years of experience in creating organic & paid media campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a penchant for enthralling &
engaging the audience.
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices & conversion rate optimization processes.
Adept at writing in a variety of styles, from casual conversational to fun formal, to cater
to B2B & B2C audiences.
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative and strategic thinking, with a focus on results and ROI.
Familiarity with US, UK, CA, AUS, and NZ markets, including cultural and linguistic
differences.
Bachelor's degree in English literature, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
