Working directly with project owners on different consulting services for Athena which include compensation benchmarking, due diligence, project hiring etc.
Spearheading the entire project life cycle of executing CXO search including role specifications, designing search strategies, mapping client inputs on recommended core competencies to identify best talent in the marketplace, profiling & shortlisting of candidates including the final selection
Delivering high quality work, which includes briefing, assessing & making detailed assessment reports that meets the organizations standards and client's expectations
Leading, mentoring, and training team to ensure that team adheres to systems and processes
Managing conflict in a respectful, optimistic way create the chance for growth and learning within an organization
Leading the original research and exploring out-of-the-box directions for executive search projects
Managing key relationships with some of the leading global multinational organizations, reputed India’s leading business houses and start up
Actively working on organization development initiatives—Search process re-engineering, Internal quality team, managing internal hiring etc.
