Experience : 2 - 5 years Position Overview: We are actively searching for a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Executive to join our team from office. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 2 to 5 years of experience, particularly with a background in patent services or a track record of selling patent-related services. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our business footprint. Working from the comfort of your home, you will spearhead efforts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing assertive email and phone outreach strategies to engage potential clients and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads within the target market segments through research and outreach activities. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies. CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track lead interactions, update prospect information, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the biotechnology, service or patent related industries. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to lead generation and business development. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals. Male candidates preferred.
