Work with the project leads, intermediate, and junior staff to ensure the civil team’s performance related to project goals and deadlines are met.
Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency and collaboration.
Manage aspects of aviation projects from a Civil perspective, from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.
Prepare technical designs, specifications, quantities, cost estimates and reports.
Building strong client relationships.
Oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with goals.
University degree in Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in engineering design and/or project management,
Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure with a specific interest in Civil design and delivery at airports.
Experience leading and managing teams of professionals.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven organizational capabilities and a flexible, solution-driven approach to challenges.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
