Job Description
Serve as a strategic and execution partner to the VP, Business Operations, acting as an extension of leadership to drive operating cadence, execution discipline, and transformation priorities. Translate strategy into actionable plans, enable leadership decision-making through structured insights, and ensure alignment, governance, and delivery across a globally distributed organization.
Key Responsibilities
1) Chief of Staff (Primary Focus ~70%)
Run the Office of the VP
Own annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles
Establish and manage a structured operating cadence (weekly reviews, ELT forums, governance)
Track priorities, decisions, and outcomes across the VP portfolio
Executive Enablement
Prepare high-quality executive materials (updates, board decks, narratives, talking points)
Shape leadership discussions by setting context, framing options, and driving clarity
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and recommend mitigation actions
Strategic Execution & Portfolio Management
Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
Maintain a consolidated view of initiatives (status, risks, outcomes)
Ensure alignment across US and India leadership teams
Leadership Coordination & Influence
Act as a central integration point across senior leaders
Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve execution bottlenecks
Build trust and influence without formal authority
2) Business Analysis & Delivery Enablement (~30%)
Support
cross-organizational initiatives and transformation programs
by applying structured analysis
Finance & Business Performance:
Partner with Finance to track financial performance (revenue, expenses, productivity) and provide forward-looking analysis to support planning cycles and executive decisions.
Headcount Governance:
Drive headcount planning and tracking (capacity vs demand, vacancies, efficiency), ensuring alignment to business priorities and productivity targets.
Reengineering & Efficiency Tracking:
Monitor reengineering initiatives, quantify delivered benefits (cost, FTE, cycle time), and ensure realization of targeted efficiencies across operations.
Transformation Execution:
Support delivery of the transformation agenda by tracking key initiatives, dependencies, and financial/operational impact, ensuring strong governance and execution discipline
3) Metrics, Insights & Performance Management
Design and maintain
executive dashboards and scorecards
across operations (service, productivity, quality, risk)
Convert complex data into
clear, actionable insights for leadership decisions
Drive accountability by linking initiatives to measurable outcomes
4) Communication & Change Leadership
Develop and drive
clear, consistent communication across leadership and teams
Support change initiatives through structured messaging, adoption tracking, and feedback loops
Enable effective cross‑time zone collaboration across global stakeholders

Improved decision velocity, clarity, and follow-through at the VP/ELT level
Execution Discipline:
High visibility and control over priorities, risks, and outcomes

Measurable improvement in operational KPIs tied to initiatives

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience in
Chief of Staff, Strategy, PMO, or Business Operations roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage senior leadership
Ability to simplify complex business problems and drive structured solutions
Strong working knowledge of
Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tool
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
financial services / wealth management / operations at scale
Exposure to
large transformation programs or digital initiatives
Familiarity with
process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
Experience supporting
C-suite or senior executives in a CoS capacity

Position Details
Location:
Gurugram (with occasional expectation to work from Noida based on business requirements)
In office expectations –
Minimum of 3 days in a week
Shift timings –
2 PM to 10:30 PM with flexibility depending on business requirements

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
