Your Opportunity:
This isn’t just another BD role. You’ll have full ownership of your pipeline, the autonomy to lead outreach and deals end-to-end, and the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy with visibility across leadership, delivery, and marketing teams.
Role Overview:
As Lead, you will drive business growth across geographies by developing new client relationships, expanding key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. You’ll work closely with delivery and marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company growth objectives
Drive new client acquisition and manage complete enterprise deal cycles
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities
Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to create tailored proposals and pitches
Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and client relationship management
Represent SentientGeeks at industry events, forums, and client meetings
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT services/software sales
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, especially in digital, cloud, ERP, or data-driven solutions
Experience with mid-sized IT firms or startups in fast-paced environments
Strong solution-selling, consultative sales, and global delivery understanding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building processes and teams from scratch
