Senior Business Development Manager – IT Services1
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Development Manager
to lead revenue growth for our IT services in the
India market
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
IT services sales
, preferably within the
data center, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services industry
.
This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving sales of IT infrastructure and data center-related services to enterprises across India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
sales strategy for the India market
to drive growth in IT services revenue.
Identify, qualify, and close
new enterprise customers
for IT services offerings.
Promote and sell services related to
data centers, cloud infrastructure, managed services, colocation, and IT infrastructure solutions
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers
within enterprise organizations.
Generate new leads through networking, partnerships, and industry engagement.
Work closely with
technical teams, solution architects, and delivery teams
to create customized client solutions.
Manage the
entire sales lifecycle
from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Develop strategic partnerships with
system integrators, technology partners, and channel partners
.
Track sales performance and maintain accurate
CRM pipeline reporting and forecasting
.
Stay updated on
India’s IT services, cloud, and data center market trends
, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in business development or sales
within IT services or technology solutions.
Proven track record of
selling IT infrastructure, cloud services, managed services, or data center services
.
Strong network within
enterprise IT decision-makers in India
.
Experience working with
data center services, colocation, cloud platforms, or infrastructure outsourcing
is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in
closing high-value enterprise deals
.
Strong consultative sales and solution-selling skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a competitive market.

Data Center Operations
Cloud Migration / Cloud Managed Services
Infrastructure Management Services (IMS)
Colocation Services
Network and Security Services
Existing relationships with
large enterprises, BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, or technology companies in India
.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
