We are now looking for a
dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Business Development Leader
to spearhead our sales initiatives, expand our client base, and lead a high-performing business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate new business for
digital marketing, web development, and eCommerce solutions
.
Identify and pursue potential clients across domestic and international markets, particularly focusing on high-value accounts.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
Create and implement account growth strategies to increase recurring revenue from existing clients.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development executives and closers.
Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and skill enhancement sessions for the team.
Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and ownership within the sales department.
3. Strategic Collaboration
Collaborate with project management, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing team for campaign optimization and market positioning.
4. Client Relationship & Brand Representation
Represent Nethority in meetings, conferences, and client discussions to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
8–15 years
of proven experience in
business development, sales, or account management
within a
digital marketing, IT, or web development
company.
Track Record:
Demonstrated success in
closing big-ticket clients
(₹10L+ or equivalent international deals) and achieving sales targets consistently.
Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
digital marketing, eCommerce, and web/app development services
.
Leadership Skills:
Prior experience in
leading and motivating a sales team
, setting up systems, and scaling operations.
Communication:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Mindset:
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Location:
Must be open to
working from Nashik
and leading the on-site sales operations.
