About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales professional to drive growth for our ready-to-use and customizable Healthcare and Fintech solutions. The role involves end-to-end sales execution, from lead generation to deal closure, targeting clients in the US, UK, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through
Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Outreach, and Cold Calling
Plan and execute outbound sales campaigns for international markets (US, UK, Europe)
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → meetings/demo → proposals → closure
Identify opportunities for
Healthcare and Fintech solutions
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Product Heads)
Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and solution positioning
Track performance and optimize campaigns for better conversion
(Optional) Experience of managing and guide 1–2 junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in
IT Services Sales / Business Development
Proven experience in
lead generation using Email, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling
Experience selling
technology solutions or services
to international clients
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and overlapping prospect time zone
