This position will give you an immense opportunity to work on challenging business problems faced by fortune 500 companies across the globe.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Data solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights aligned with client objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead client discussions to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions, clearly understanding both functional and strategic requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver deep analytical insights that go beyond surface-level reporting to drive measurable business value and informed decision-making.&nbsp;</li> <li>Optimize and enhance existing dashboards, queries, and data architectures to improve performance, usability, and scalability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs and project documentation with accuracy and timeliness.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and internal governance standards.</li> <li>Operate independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple parallel engagements effectively.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience and Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–8 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of data and data modelling, enabling the design of scalable, efficient, and business-aligned data architectures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in SQL, and Semantic Layer design.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders (business and technical), understand decision flows, and translate reporting needs into impactful insights.&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly analytical mindset with proven capability to synthesize data into clear, compelling, and actionable recommendations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to diverse domains such as BFS, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing is an advantage.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights confidently to stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Good to Have&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience designing Gold layers and Semantic layers within modern data architectures.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-driven conversational chatbots and intelligent reporting assistants.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to AI-powered control towers and advanced monitoring solutions.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Note:</strong></p> <blockquote class="gmail_quote"><em>By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by our Talent Acquisition team via phone call, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your application and relevant career opportunities.</em></blockquote> <p></p></div>
