Job Description Senior Business Analyst – Proxy Technology Group About the Team The Proxy Technology Group builds and supports an in‑house platform that centralizes proxy‑related meeting documents, recommendations, voting data, and historical records. Our solutions help business users make timely, informed decisions and streamline proxy voting processes across the firm. The Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Proxy Technology team. In this role, you will work closely with business users and technology teams to analyze requirements, support solution delivery, and ensure business needs are clearly translated into effective technology outcomes. You will work independently within established guidelines, coordinate across teams, and help drive consistent, high‑quality delivery in an agile environment. You will Be Responsible For: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for proxy‑related technology initiatives Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation Partner with business and technology teams to support Agile delivery activities Coordinate information flow across stakeholders to support ongoing projects and processes Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, testing, and implementation support Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders using user‑friendly terminology through meetings, emails, and documentation   What You Bring 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Solutions Analyst Experience supporting technology initiatives in financial services or asset management Understanding of investment operations, proxy voting, or governance processes preferred Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders using user‑friendly terminology through meetings, emails, and documentation Why Join Us You’ll join a collaborative, global technology team delivering meaningful solutions that support critical proxy and governance functions.
