We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Product & Operations to help shape and scale Arc across pharma commercialization globally. In this role, you'll work closely with the Arc Product Director and the broader engineering team to translate strategic product vision, client needs, and Beghou's 30+ years of commercial expertise into clear, actionable user stories, functional requirements, and reusable product playbooks.
You'll be the critical bridge between stakeholders (internal product/consulting teams, client partners, leadership) and builders (engineering, UX, data teams). Your day-to-day work includes running requirements workshops, working off business and functional requirements documentation (BRDs, FRDs, PRDs), drafting wireframes and workflow sketches, and maintaining a healthy, prioritized product backlog that keeps the team focused on highest-impact initiatives.
While primarily India-based and internal-facing, you'll also regularly engage with Beghou's consulting and delivery teams to understand how Arc is used in the field, capture reusable patterns and workflows, and bring those insights back into the product roadmap. You'll help identify where custom client solutions can be standardized into Arc modules, working with the Product Director to influence the strategic roadmap.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role with a clear growth path: within 12–24 months, creating a foundation for Product Operations Manager or Senior PM roles.
