About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce PreSales Expert who can bridge the gap between client requirements and Salesforce capabilities. You will partner closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities, craft compelling solution narratives, and deliver world-class live demos that win deals. This is a highly visible, strategic role that sits at the heart of our revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
Client Demos & Solution Presentations
Own end-to-end demo preparation, scripting, and live delivery tailored to each prospect's industry and pain points
Build and maintain demo orgs across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that map features directly to client business outcomes
Handle live Q&A during demos, turning objections into proof points in real time
Create sandbox environments with realistic data and custom flows for executive-level presentations
PreSales & Sales Support
Lead discovery workshops to uncover and document client requirements, pain points, and success criteria
Collaborate with Account Executives to craft winning proposal strategies and RFP/RFI responses
Conduct technical POCs (Proof of Concepts) and pilot programs to accelerate deal closure
Participate in deal reviews, providing technical and functional input on deal qualification
Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders from C-suite to end-users
Solution Architecture & Advisory
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution blueprints
Design high-level architecture diagrams, integration landscapes, and data models for client presentations
Advise clients on best-fit Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and implementation approaches
Stay current with Salesforce release cycles, new features, and competitive positioning
Internal Enablement & Collaboration
Maintain and continuously improve the demo asset library (demo scripts, decks, sandbox orgs, reusable flows)
Train and upskill Account Executives on Salesforce product capabilities and value positioning
Collaborate with the delivery/implementation team to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale
Share win/loss learnings to sharpen the PreSales playbook
Required Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a PreSales, Solution Engineering, or Consulting role
Proven track record of delivering live Salesforce demos to enterprise clients and closing complex deals
Deep functional expertise in at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
Experience conducting discovery sessions and translating requirements into demo storylines
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM is a strong advantage
Ability to demo and explain Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata API, Change Sets, and sandbox management
Basic Apex / LWC knowledge to customise demo environments when needed
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Administrator — Required
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant — Required
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder — Preferred
Additional Salesforce certifications (CPQ, Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft) — Highly desirable
