Lead and oversee complex architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop comprehensive design solutions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility
Develop and present design proposals, including 3D visualizations and detailed drawings, to clients and stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural solutions

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Valid architectural license with a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes relevant to the Indian context
Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in architectural projects
Familiarity with local building regulations in Bengaluru and surrounding areas
Knowledge of Indian architectural styles and cultural considerations in design
