Senior BI Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and manage our enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SSRS, SSIS, and Tableau , with a proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and SSRS Build and manage ETL processes and data pipelines using SSIS Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable BI solutions Optimize data models, queries, and reporting performance Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts Work with large datasets across multiple systems and platforms Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members Support analytics, forecasting, and KPI reporting initiatives Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Engineering. Strong hands-on expertise in:         SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)        SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)        Tableau (Desktop/Server) Strong SQL scripting and performance tuning skills Experience designing complex ETL workflows and data transformations Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling) Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities. Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) Knowledge of Python / R / Power BI Experience with CI/CD for BI deployments Exposure to Big Data ecosystems Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Hybrid work model , employees are required to work from the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Working Hours:  India shift ends at either 11:30 PM IST / 2:00 AM EST or 12:30 AM IST / 3:00 AM EST.
