<p><strong>What will you be doing? </strong></p>

<li>Lead end-to-end design and implementation of employee benefits programs across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and enhance existing benefits offerings based on market benchmarking, employee feedback, and cost effectiveness</li>
<li>Develop and govern HR policies in compliance with local statutory requirements across all operating countries</li>
<li>Drive benefits harmonization and standardization initiatives while respecting regional nuances</li>
<li>Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class benefits experience</li>
<li>Own relationships with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators globally</li>
<li>Lead open enrollment cycles, renewals, and employee communications across geographies</li>
<li>Use data and analytics to track benefits utilization, costs, and effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadership</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>

<li>8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation & Benefits roles</li>
<li>Proven track record of designing and implementing benefits programs across multiple countries (APAC, EMEA, Americas preferred)</li>
<li>Deep expertise in statutory compliance, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks across diverse geographies</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills</li>
<li>Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization</li>
