Posi&on Overview We are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, identity & security, and enterprise incident management. This role goes beyond infrastructure deployment and requires hands-on ownership of production environments, critical incident resolution, and secure cloud architecture across multiple enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings a balance of Azure engineering, DevOps/IaC, identity security, and real-world incident leadership experience. He/she needs to be a skilled Azure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and opDmizaDon of Azure cloud infrastructure soluDons. This role will leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure DevOps, Terraform, and automaDon pracDces to drive secure and efficient cloud architectures, while also maintaining a foundaDonal understanding of modern endpoint management soluDons (M365, Intune, CondiDonal Access, etc.). 2 Enterprise Incident & Escala0on Management • Act as L3 escalaEon point for complex Azure and MicrosoR 365 incidents across mulDple enterprise clients • Manage concurrent P1/P2 incidents (10+ Eckets) in SLA-driven environments • Lead: o Incident bridges o Root cause analysis (RCA) o Post-incident reviews • ParDcipate in: o Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeDngs o Emergency change execuDon and approvals • Own end-to-end resoluDon of high-impact producEon issues Azure Iden0ty, Security & Governance • Deep hands-on experience with: o MicrosoP Entra ID (Azure AD) – advanced idenDty design o CondiEonal Access policies (design & enforcement) o Break Glass account strategy & implementaEon o GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges) troubleshooEng • Experience with: o MicrosoP Defender for Cloud o MicrosoP SenEnel (SIEM/SOAR) • Implement: o IdenDty protecDon, RBAC, PIM, MFA strategies • Align with: o Enterprise security frameworks (CIS, NIST) Integra0on & Automa0on Pla>orms • Hands-on experience with: o Azure Logic Apps / Power Automate o Webhooks, API integraDons, connectors • Exposure to: o Enterprise integraEon plaTorms (e.g., MuleSoP or similar) • Design and implement: o Cross-pla\orm integraDons between cloud services and business applicaDons 3 Key Responsibili0es • Architect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging Azure services, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best pracDces. • Design, build, and opDmize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure conDnuous delivery and integraDon of cloud services and applicaDons. • Manage and opDmize cloud governance, security, and compliance strategies, including Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, and CondiDonal Access. • Oversee endpoint integraDon and management using MicrosoR Intune, Entra ID, and CondiDonal Access to ensure secure cloud-to-endpoint soluDons. • Automate infrastructure deployments and lifecycle management using PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI, and API integraDons. • Collaborate with security, compliance, infrastructure, and client teams to align cloud soluDons with business needs and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain technical documentaDon, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and SOPs. • Serve as a senior escalaDon point for complex Azure infrastructure and endpointrelated issues. • Meet with clients to discuss and plan customized soluDons for complex business processes and procedures. • Write and design clear and thorough documentaDon for all implementaDons. • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical workshops and training sessions. Required Qualifica0ons • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformaDon Systems, or equivalent professional experience. • 7+ years of experience as an Azure Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. • Proven experience handling: o Enterprise-scale Azure environments under SLA o Multi-client MSP environments
