Job Responsibilities:
Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
Should be capable of producing error free work consistently
Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor
Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
Required Skills:
The ideal candidature will need to have minimum 3+years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast paced high volume work environment
The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work priorities
Familiarity with title production application such as Resware and Title Plants as DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
Flexible to work in any shift. Position is primarily for night shift.
