ISDM's initiatives encompass:
Knowledge Creation
: Establishing a Global Knowledge Hub to create, disseminate, and institutionalize contextual knowledge on building, leading, and managing social purpose organizations, networks, and platforms.
Talent Nurturing
: Offering the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) to attract and develop top-tier talent capable of addressing management challenges within the sector.
Capacity Building
: Providing Strategic Capacity Building programs to enhance individual and institutional capacities in development management, thereby fostering sustainable and scalable social impact.
ISDM has successfully completed its Proof of Concept Phase and is now set for expansion over the next five years. Key achievements include high placement rates for PGP-DM graduates and plans for increased batch sizes, a new campus, international partnerships, and accreditation. The institute is also conducting research and establishing Centers of Excellence in various areas of social impact. Job Description
Lead ISDM’s digital and performance marketing efforts across admissions (PGP-DM), branding, and institutional campaigns (WoB, RBPM, DoDM).
Balance

to design, run, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Drive end-to-end campaign ownership, from
audience insights → execution → reporting

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (admissions + branding).
Translate audience insights, personas, and demographics into targeted campaigns.
Manage annual performance marketing budgets (> INR 50L) with accountability for conversions (50–75+ for admissions).
Performance Marketing Execution
Set up and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
Define KPIs, monitor daily, and pivot strategies using data-driven insights.
Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with ROI and funnel analysis.
Creative & Copy
Develop and review campaign messaging, headlines, and ad copy.
Collaborate with design/video teams for high-performing assets.
Data & Analytics
Analyze dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Recommend funnel improvements to reduce CPL and increase conversions.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Coordinate with admissions, design, and content teams to align campaigns.
Manage external agencies/vendors, ensuring accountability and results.
Establish campaign calendars, review cycles, and reporting rhythms.
Qualification and Skills
Experience:
8–12 years in performance marketing, with at least 3–4 years in senior/lead roles.
Sectoral Fit:
Strongly preferred — education or social sector campaigns.
Proven Track Record:
Managed budgets > INR 50L and delivered significant conversion outcomes.
Must-Have Competencies:
Audience research, personal building, demographic targeting.
Copywriting for performance ads.
Data analytics, reporting, and actionable insights.
Budget management and B2C funnel optimization.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
Technical Expertise:
LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics.
CRM tools (Meritto, Zoho or equivalent).
SEO fundamentals, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
Canva (basic editing and collaboration).
