Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Specialist to join our US outreach team.
In this role, person will be responsible for
generating qualified Accounting, Tax and Audit services Leads
for US region using multiple outreach channels, targeting CPA and tax firms.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and website/lead form channels targeting US-based accounting firms to generate Accounting, Tax and Audit services leads.
Research and build targeted prospect lists — identifying decision-makers such as Owners, Principals, Partners, CEOs etc.
Targeting companies who are actively hiring Accounting, Tax and Audit staff, across multiple outreach channels.
Personalize outreach content at the account level using messaging frameworks and drip sequences.
Track and manage lead activity, follow-ups, and responses within the CRM.
Collaborate on refining messaging, subject lines, and CTAs based on response data.
Stay current on US Accounting, Tax and Audit industry trends to sharpen outreach relevance.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation
& outreach targeting US CPA and tax firms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
— ability to write crisp, professional outreach copy.
Strong research skills — ability to identify the right contacts within target companies
Understanding of accounting, tax and audit services.
