– Senior Associate-Domain Specialist
Job Responsibilities-
❖ Analyze client requests & carry out research to gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry
❖ Identify the most relevant subject matter experts across various geographies for each project
❖ Employ various resources like Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. to reach out to these experts
❖ Empanel subject matter experts by effectively explaining how on-demand consultations work
❖ Establish intellectual rapport with experts, manage expectations & assist them on ongoing basis
❖ Work on periodic research tasks, contribute to internal knowledge database for various domains
❖ Attend industry events, conferences to build your own domain knowledge (company sponsored)
❖ Actively participate in other ongoing research oriented activities (expert interviews, webinars)
❖ Conduct knowledge sharing sessions on latest trends for the benefit of other team members
❖ Follow the news, track major events, anticipate future projects and empanel experts in advance
Qualifications
❖ Atleast 2-4 years experience in business/market research firm, industry association
❖ A penchant for a front-end role that involves intellectual conversations with industry experts
❖ Keen inclination towards building specialisation (domain knowledge) in an industry/sector
❖ High motivation to work in a dynamic work setting & willingness to overachieve
❖ Proficiency in verbal and written business communication along with team management skills
