Job Responsibilities
Performs detailed analysis of technology environments, including applications and infrastructure.
Supports scoping and execution of diligence workstreams.
Assists in preparing diligence findings and client deliverables.
Participates in client meetings and supports transaction discussions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support integrated insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–6 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting technology diligence or transaction-related engagements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Role Expectations
Travel: As required.
Peak Periods: Increased workload during diligence phases.
Licensure Progress: Progress toward relevant certification where applicable.
Scheduling: Flexibility aligned to engagement timelines.
