Job Responsibilities-

Analyze and timely fullfill client requests by empanelment of best fit experts for various research projects in a particular domain.
●
Read and actively search information that helps you understand your client’s industry.
●
Tracks competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients.
●
Develop an understanding of how to work with clients and industry experts including communication, time tracking, monthly reports etc.
●
Act as a point of contact for clients.
●
Client Relationship Management – build good relations with clients and leverage them to get more business
●
Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and produced to the highest possible standard.
●
Read about the latest news items relating to your domain to forecast potential client projects and create a pool of suitable experts in advance.
●
Act as Mentor to associate-expert engagement
Requirements-
●
Post graduate degree (Preferably in the field of Economics, Marketing or Business.)
●
1- 5 years prior work experience in research and client servicing domain.
● Comfortable in working in night shift 6 pm to 3 am.
