Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect – IT Solutioning to lead end-to-end network architecture, design, and delivery across our Co-Working, Managed Operations (MO), Design & Build (D&B), and Internal IT Operations verticals. The ideal candidate will own the full network lifecycle — from firewall and perimeter security through to end-user connectivity — and will serve as the primary technical authority for complex enterprise network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Architecture & Solution Design
Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, and security domains.
Lead technical solutioning for Co-Working spaces, Managed Operations (MO) environments, and Design & Build (D&B) projects from initial design to live handover.
Create detailed network design documents (HLDs, LLDs), BOM/BOQ, and rack & stack plans aligned to client and business requirements.
Design perimeter security architectures including Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW), IPS/IDS, DMZ, NAC, and Zero Trust frameworks.
Define network standards, reference architectures, and design templates for repeatable deployments.
2. Co-Working & Managed Operations (MO)
Own IT solutioning for Co-Working fit-outs — network infrastructure from ISP demarcation to end-user devices.
Design managed network services for MO clients including SLAs, monitoring frameworks, NOC integration, and escalation paths.
Develop resilient, multi-tenant network designs with appropriate segmentation, QoS, and bandwidth management.
3. Design & Build (D&B) Projects
Lead IT infrastructure design for greenfield and brownfield D&B projects across commercial real estate, campuses, and enterprise sites.
Collaborate with civil, MEP, and project management teams for structured cabling, data centre, server room, and comms room designs.
Ensure network designs comply with TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC 11801, and relevant Indian/international standards.
4. Internal IT Operations
Govern and continuously improve the organization's internal IT network infrastructure — core, distribution, and access layers.
Lead L3 escalation support for critical incidents and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management.
Manage network capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology refresh cycles.
Drive automation of network operations using tools such as Ansible, Python scripting, or vendor-specific orchestration platforms.
5. Firewall & Security
Lead design and management of firewall policies, NAT, VPN (IPsec/SSL), and micro-segmentation strategies.
Engage with SOC/security teams to align network architecture with organizational security posture.
Conduct periodic network security audits, vulnerability assessments, and drive remediation plans.
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Serve as the technical SPOC for clients, vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba, etc.), and internal leadership.
Evaluate and onboard new technology vendors; conduct PoC/PoT for emerging network technologies.
Mentor and guide a team of network engineers, providing technical leadership and upskilling roadmaps.

Minimum 5 years in a senior architect or technical lead capacity with client-facing solutioning responsibilities.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale network projects
Experience working in a managed services, system integrator, or real estate/co-working IT environment is highly desirable.
