Specialist, Engineering Maintenance Solutions
to support the design, configuration, customization, and testing of ServiceNow solutions for Deloitte professionals. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable platform capabilities, support integrations with connected systems, and help deliver reliable technical solutions aligned to business and user needs. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ServiceNow development experience, a structured approach to delivery, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Work you'll do
As a
Specialist, Engineering Maintenance Solutions
on the Digital Collaboration Delivery team, you will be responsible for:
Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations
Creating and maintaining functional components such as notifications and service level agreements
Developing and configuring scripted components including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and access controls
Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms in alignment with solution design requirements
Performing system testing and integration testing to support quality delivery
Preparing technical documentation, unit test cases, and implementation plans

The Digital Collaboration Delivery team develops and supports products, applications, and services used by Deloitte professionals globally. The team focuses on delivering scalable, user-centered solutions through innovation, agile ways of working, and a strong focus on service quality. Team members collaborate across functions to enhance digital experiences and support business needs across the organization.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST, and SOAP web services
Experience configuring Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and access controls in ServiceNow
Experience customizing ServiceNow user interface components, Service Portal, UI pages, and widgets
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration activities
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations
Experience creating technical documentation, unit test cases, and implementation plans
Experience working with ITIL-based processes
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer certifications
