About this role

USI Document Management Services Senior Analyst Work you will do The USI Document Mgmt Services Senior Analyst will execute the end-to-end processes relating to document support for F-1 student visa holders and other documentation for U.S. professionals and alumni, coordinate case management, and support program and project initiatives within Talent Immigration and Program Management. ·        Support end-to-end processes related to document support for F-1 student visa holders (e.g., I-983s, CPT agreements), employment verification letters needed by US professionals and alumni for immigration purposes, and other internal immigration programs that may arise, to ensure internal and regulatory compliance. This includes gathering information, conducting data lookups, preparing letters/agreements, coordinating signatures, issuing letters, etc. ​ ·        Initiate and manage requests submitted by current employees and alumni. Respond to questions and provide information ​. ·        Prepare draft documents for review and signature by US Specialists Escalate red flag issues to the Program Lead and/or Internal Programs Manager Support queue and case management activities Support program/project initiatives within the broader Talent Immigration and Program Management team The team The Immigration Programs & Strategy team is part of the Talent Immigration organization of Deloitte Services LP. This team is responsible for supporting the needs of our foreign national practitioners across all businesses. This includes the development and delivery of strategic immigration programs, as well as strategic projects to enhance the immigration experience of our foreign national practitioners.
