Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer II on the DFlowTeams team, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day operational activities for the customer service channel, including DFlowTeams space provisioning and support activities
Monitoring support tickets and resolving client issues while performing quality checks on provisioning, process tasks, and portal updates
Identifying process improvement opportunities and maintaining process documentation in alignment with established workflow standards
Creating and maintaining reports, analyses, and visualizations to support operational efficiency and leadership decision-making
Collaborating with stakeholders to update portal content, gather enhancement ideas, and support knowledge sharing across the firm
The team
DFlowTeams is a project management and collaboration tool that practitioners across Deloitte use for their project work. DFlowTeams also address a variety of business needs, including marketing and communication, knowledge management, learning and development, and overall process automation. The team uses Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (on-prem and cloud) primarily as a platform. We use various web development and automation tools/technologies (i.e., HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, REST/SOAP API (Application Programming Interfaces), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), Nintex, Azure, Power apps/flows, and many more) within a structured delivery process to develop products that deliver significant value to our internal customers across Deloitte’s global network.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM IST; 11 AM to 8 PM IST; 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
3-6 years of experience in professional services, knowledge management, content management, or operations support
Experience supporting customer service or operations management processes
Experience using HTML, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and reporting tools
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience creating presentation materials and storyboards for end users or leadership stakeholders
Experience managing multiple tasks or workstreams and maintaining process documentation
Experience supporting knowledge management or content management activities
Preferred:
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams space provisioning or administration
Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data visualizations
Experience publishing and maintaining content in customer-facing or internal portals
Experience with SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online
Experience with workflow or automation tools such as Nintex, Power Apps, or Power Automate
Experience presenting analyses, recommendations, or operational updates to leadership stakeholders
