We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Job description: Includes but not limited to:

Contributes to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives
·
Adheres to Company policies and is complying at all times
·
Maintains performance standards
·
Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry
·
Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
·
Completing all training related activities when assigned
·
Cognizant of completing all assigned activities within the stipulated time
·
If needed stretch working hours during last 4days of the month for closing as per business requirements.
·
Ensuring all production targets are met in training
·
Ensuring all production targets are met in BAU (Post training)
·
Ensuring all quality targets are met in training
·
Ensuring all quality targets are met in BAU (Post training)
·
Communicate status of work, any issues with team managers and manager on time
·
Schedule adherence is a must
·
No unplanned leaves
Required Qualifications:
·
Minimum graduation required
·
Having Insurance background will be an added advantage
Skills required:
·
Good communication skills
·
Stakeholder management skills
·
Team player
·
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
·
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Working conditions: Ready to work in all shifts
·
2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
·
6.30PM to 3.30 AM
