Senior Analyst, Billing Operations
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | Full-Time
About the Role
Insightsoftware is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Billing Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in delivering accurate, timely billing and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), billing, dispute management, adjustments, and order management, and

in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage complex customer accounts, queries, and billing adjustments with precision and care.
Review pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices.
Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate
pro forma
and actual invoices from the billing ERP.
Monitor and manage accounts, orders, accounting, and fulfillment case queues to ensure timely resolution.
Confirm appropriate customer approvals are in place before processing orders.
Oversee license key generation and
fulfillment
delivery to customers.
Deliver an outstanding service experience to both internal teams and external customers.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications
Six or more years of experience in Order Management or a related O2C function.
Experience in the software industry is strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with internal and external partners.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
