Enable customers to onboard onto Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products (e.g., DV360, CM360) and coordinate internal resources across many functional areas to fulfill customer needs.
Create training strategies and learning agendas for client onboarding and participate in pre-sales activities where needed to ensure continuity post-sale.
Build and maintain knowledge of GMP product capabilities, how they integrate with one another, and how they work with Google Cloud.
Maintain relationships with clients, understand their challenges and needs in order to better enable their success with tools.
Serve as a liaison between clients and product, communicate product roadmaps and customer feedback, and participate in pre-sales activities where needed to ensure continuity post-sale.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and app platforms.
Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
Ability to build customer relationships and present solutions.
