Key Responsibilities:
● Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with
key clients.
● Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption to maximize
customer lifetime value.
● Customer Success & Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring
seamless product usage and satisfaction.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
teams to deliver tailored solutions.
● Market & Industry Insight: Stay updated on BFSI trends to proactively identify opportunities
for client growth.
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience: 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role within a
SaaS/PaaS company.
● Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and
Insurance).
● Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
● Mindset: Customer-first approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
