What you will do:
Define and lead WinZO’s end-to-end application security vision, standards, and governance frameworks.
Drive enterprise-wide security initiatives like zero-trust architecture, API security mesh, and RASP.
Oversee red-team exercises and adversary-emulation programs to strengthen defense posture.
Partner with executive leadership to align security strategy with business and product goals.
Build, scale, and mentor a world-class AppSec team, driving hiring and talent development.
Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and product teams to embed security across all systems.
Influence security practices across WinZO’s growing portfolio of global products and experiences.
What you should have:
Experience in leading AppSec efforts in fast-paced, consumer-tech environments
Knowledge of Advanced Mobile Framework Components.
Expertise in secure-by-design principles, API gateway security, and real-time threat analytics
Demonstrated experience in reviewing complex application architectures (monoliths, microservices, serverless, mobile apps).
Proven track record of architecting zero-trust and micro-segmentation strategies for applications
Exceptional leadership in building, scaling, and managing AppSec teams and processes.
Preferred Skills:
Thought leadership: published whitepapers, conference presentations, or open-source AppSec tooling
Advanced certifications (CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP, GIAC GWEB)
Experience with programmable infrastructure security (IaC scanning, policy-as-code)
Experience in leading red team/purple team collaboration, bug bounty triage, or working with external researchers
Familiarity with container and service-mesh security (Istio, Linkerd)
