We also enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3- 5 years in software testing, focusing on backend API testing and automation.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Strong experience in Java, with knowledge of Javascript/Typescript/Python. Experience with automation tools and frameworks suitable for Slack and MS Teams apps. Understanding of Microservices.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>API Testing Expertise</strong>: Proven ability in testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, understanding their complexities, and ensuring optimal performance.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Automation Skills</strong>: Demonstrated ability to develop UI test frameworks and implement CI/CD pipelines, especially for assistant applications and API integrations. Specific experience in automating tests for collaboration assistant applications, particularly for Slack and MS Teams.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Problem-Solving Skills</strong>: Outstanding analytical abilities, capable of solving intricate problems and proposing effective solutions in a startup environment.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Communication and Collaboration</strong>: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate efficiently within a team and across different departments.</p> </li> <li>Should be familiar with Code editors like Cursor.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you'll do (responsibilities)</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Test AI Application</strong>: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for end to end to functionality, backend APIs and conversational interfaces, ensuring functionality and performance align with requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration App Automation</strong>: Design and implement robust automation frameworks for testing assistant applications on Slack and MS Teams, focusing on their seamless integration and interaction with web applications.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Quality Assurance Leadership</strong>: Drive high standards of quality by identifying and implementing effective testing strategies and tools for backend and collaboration app integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Strategic Test Planning</strong>: Actively participate in design and architecture discussions, aligning test strategies with overall business goals.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement and Innovation</strong>: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, particularly for backend APIs and collaboration platform integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative startup environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the product's success and evolution.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why we are different (culture)</strong></h2> <p>As a part of Atomicwork, you can shape our company and business from idea to production.
