The Hook
As we move toward our next phase of growth, AI-driven automation and decision systems are core to our roadmap. This role exists to build and scale business-critical applications, integrating AI-powered intelligence into the core workflows that power our PAN-India network of 50,000+ users.
Your Three Main Objectives
Scalable Architecture:
Design and maintain secure, high-performance backend systems and APIs that align with real-world business workflows.
AI Integration:
Transition traditional supply chain processes into the digital age by integrating LLM APIs, predictive analytics, and automated data enrichment.
Engineering Excellence:
Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment—while upholding gold standards in code quality, security, and CI/CD.

Who You Are
The Full-Stack Expert:
You have 5+ years of hands-on experience. You thrive on JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
The AI-Curious Builder:
You don't just write code; you have a "detective" mindset for spotting where AI/ML can optimize procurement and operations.
Systems Thinker:
You thrive on large datasets. You understand database design (PostgreSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and performance optimization at scale.
