Key Responsibilities:
Work on backend feature development and bug fixes with strong
ownership and accountability
.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Support the development of APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
Take responsibility for testing, debugging, and optimizing your own code.
Participate in
design discussions
and contribute to
LLD (Low-Level Design)
and
HLD (High-Level Design)
under guidance from senior engineers.
Required Skills & Experience:
1–3 years
of backend development experience.
Proficiency in
any programming language
(Java, Python, Go).
Preferred / Good to have:
Experience with
Ruby on Rails
.
Hands-on experience with relational databases like
PostgreSQL
.
Exposure to
system design concepts (LLD/HLD)
and architectural discussions.
Understanding of APIs, microservices, and Git workflows.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently.
Good to Have:
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with SaaS product development.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
