Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js Developer with 4–6 years of experience in backend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate closely with frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain server-side architecture and backend logic for web and mobile applications.
· Build and optimize RESTful APIs and services to support multiple products and platforms.
· Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend systems.
· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
· Optimize backend performance to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
· Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
· Debug and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure rapid resolution.
· Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and team processes.
· Stay updated with emerging backend development trends and technologies to continuously enhance system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 4–6 years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong proficiency in Node.js (mandatory) and working knowledge of React.js
.
· Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
· Solid understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Experience with version control systems such as Git.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
