Scrum Master, Officer

We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive Agile execution and support best practices, governance, and quality delivery across Cloud Platform Engineering workstreams. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Ensure consistent adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams. Support sprint planning and execution, ensuring alignment with sprint goals. Manage and remove impediments/blockers to maintain smooth delivery. Coach teams on Agile principles and promote continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog readiness and prioritization. Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, predictability). Maintain transparency using JIRA dashboards and reporting. Ensure adherence to Agile governance, tools, and best practices. Foster a collaborative and psychologically safe team environment. What We Value Strong ownership in driving Agile delivery execution independently. Solid understanding of Scrum processes and ceremonies. Hands-on experience with JIRA dashboards, reporting, and metrics. Proactive mindset to improve processes and automate reporting where possible. Experience in RAID management and dependency tracking in Agile teams. Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage team capacity and sprint flow effectively. Mandatory Skills / Experience 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile delivery role. Experience in team leadership or leading Agile teams (preferred) Exposure to cloud-based engineering environments (Azure preferred) Strong expertise in JIRA (dashboards, sprint tracking, reporting). Deep understanding of Scrum concepts (DoD, DoR, backlog grooming, ceremonies). Proven ability to drive sprint execution and delivery discipline. Experience managing impediments, dependencies, and RAID items. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving Agile environments.
