· Coordinate project management activities and resources.
· Liaise with Technology, Product, Design and Business team to identify and define requirements, scoping documentation
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
· Make sure that Technology team’s functional needs are met as projects evolve
· Help prepare ad-hoc reports – efforts burndown, velocity measurement etc.
· Creation of the task and assignment in JIRA and similar tool
· Update project progress and handle any issues that arise with the team and management
· Act as the point of contact for Technology function and communicate project status to all participants and management
· Use JIRA tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
· Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the management
· Submit timely reports and prepare MOM/presentations/proposals as assigned
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
· Coordinate with Internal and External customers, vendors, partners in pursuit of Technology development and solution building
Skills
· Must possess strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
· 2-4 Years of Industry experience and Min 2-3 years project management experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
· Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
· Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
· Strong expectation setting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
· Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
· Excellent knowledge in Agile process and mythology
· Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, other MS Office tools, Adobe
· Good organizer
· Commitment to working cooperatively
· Self-starter; manages own time and workload independently; copes well under pressure
· Should be familiar with all aspect of project management, such as scheduling, and exercise strong time management skills. The abilities to work independently as needed, manage teams and apply analytical skills are crucial.
