BlueSpring is iDC's flagship private school program, aligned with NEP 2020 and the CBSE mandate for full-time school career counselors.
We're now expanding BlueSpring across cities in India through a distributed partnership model — and we're looking for entrepreneurial counsellors to lead this in their cities.
About the Role
As a School Partner Career Counsellor (SPCC), you will own the BlueSpring business in your city. This is a business development–led role, with program delivery as a secondary component.
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching to, and onboarding private schools as BlueSpring partners, and then ensuring strong on-ground execution of career counselling programs in those schools.

What You'll Do:
Business Development (Primary)
Build a funnel of 50–75 target private schools in your city (annual fee ₹75K+)
Pitch BlueSpring to school leadership — Principals, Directors, Coordinators
Onboard 3–6 schools per year (with AVG Revenue ₹2.5L–₹3L)
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → closure → collections
Program Delivery & Account Management
Facilitate workshops, assessments, and counselling sessions in partner schools
Conduct parent sessions and school presentations
Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., study abroad funnel)
What You Get:
Total Earning Potential: ₹8–10L per annum
Fixed Monthly Retainer: ₹35,000 — ~₹4.2L per annum
Revenue Share: 10–15% of gross revenue per school onboarded — ~₹2.5L+ per annum (variable)
Program Delivery Fees: Additional income from workshops & 1:1 sessions —

Brand collaterals (e.g. ppt decks) and comprehensive training on sales, product, and pricing
Central team support for first 5 in-person and 10 online school meetings
Who Can Apply:
Mandatory
iDC-trained career counsellor
Based in one of the listed cities
Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
Confident in driving school partnerships and managing senior school stakeholders
Preferred
Existing network within the local school ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to work independently and own outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in performance-linked earnings
