Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Supply Chain Functional to join our team. You will have experience in supply chain management and IT systems, with a focus on optimizing supply chain processes and implementing solutions.
You will report to the Engineering Manager IT and work in a hybrid capacity from one of our India either Pune/Noida/Bangalore/Chennai/ offices.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for applications in the SAP/Logistics/GTS Supply Chain areas
Analyze current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Build relationships with business teams and ensure seamless integration and operation of supply chain systems.
Participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing, and providing guidance on recommendations
Write code and configuration documents and implement unit tests, system, integration and user acceptance tests
Define functional specifications for new functionality. You will gain a full understanding of business processes and requirements and communicating this to ABAP developers on the Service Delivery team.
Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new supply chain processes.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience required 3-9 years
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Consultant or similar role, with a focus on IT systems.
Proficiency in supply chain software and management tools (e.g., SAP - ECC 6.0, CRM, SRM, GTS, SNC, Microsoft Suite,
Experience with supply chain standards.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management modules.
Certifications in supply chain management
Knowledge of latest IT technologies and their application in supply chain management.
