JOB PURPOSE PHINIA is seeking an SAP Order to Cash Analyst to support the sustainment (operations), enhancement delivery, and ongoing transformation of PHINIA’s SAP environment across the O2C value stream—including Sales & Distribution, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, and Warehouse Management. This role will work closely with business teams, SAP architects, internal IT, and external partners to ensure stable O2C operations while contributing to PHINIA’s SAP S/4HANA transformation program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Support the Lead O2C Architect in end‑to‑end execution of the SAP Order to Cash workstream, including configuration, EDI/IDoc/API interfaces, output/forms, security roles, testing, L3 escalations, and service request management — using SAP Joule AI to accelerate troubleshooting and analysis. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive improvements across O2C processes using Joule AI‑powered insights. Manage internal and external resources to deliver operational support, ERP enhancements, and transformation initiatives within the O2C value stream. Develop estimates, solution options, and deployment plans for O2C projects; leverage Joule AI for documentation, impact analysis, and test coverage recommendations. Support strategies and next‑generation O2C capabilities on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP (Integration Suite/CPI, extensions, workflows). Maintain and update Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM documentation, including process flows, specs, test scripts, and master data governance — using Joule AI where applicable. Support accuracy and governance for customer master, pricing, partner functions, shipping, delivery, and billing master data domains. Provide compliance, audit, SoD, and cost‑optimization support, using Joule AI to surface anomalies or evidence gaps. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with EDI partners, 3PLs, WMS/EWM, CRM, transportation systems, and customer portals — using Joule AI for error pattern recognition. Contribute to S/4HANA transformation activities including fit‑to‑standard workshops, SIT/UAT cycles, data validation, cutover readiness, and hypercare stabilization. Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization, automation, and Joule AI–assisted operational insights. - Perform ad‑hoc O2C and ERP tasks supporting PHINIA’s digital and cloud transformation initiatives   What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline 3–6 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes (SD, Shipping, Delivery, Billing, WM). Hands‑on exposure to SAP configuration basics, order management flows, pricing, output/forms, delivery/transportation processes, and billing execution. Experience troubleshooting IDocs, EDI messages, and integration issues with trading partners or 3PLs. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA concepts, Fiori apps, and O2C simplifications is preferred.M16 Understanding of warehouse execution basics (WM or EWM)—inbound/outbound flows, picking/packing, shipping data. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change) in an operational SAP environment. Automotive or manufacturing experience is highly desired due to EDI and O2C process complexity Responsible, reliable, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities SAP S/4HANA Sales (C_TS460) or SD certification — preferred. SAP Activate Explorer/Project Essentials — plus.
