Enterprise Security
:
Enterprise Security teams embed security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client’s “technical backbone” while also enabling secure digital transformation. Services include security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. Examples of work include Secure by Design, Cloud Security Orchestration & Automation, Core Infrastructure Security, and Secure Software Enablement.

Work you’ll do
:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be supporting the team/clients with their Cyber needs specifically helping them address Application Security concerns and navigate the journey on the SAP Platform. This will include:

Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement through regular discussion with the client and/or internal teams to assess service delivery
·
Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple domains of SAP Application Security and Controls
·
Lookout for potential risks on client engagements diligently and highlight to leadership proactively
·
Demonstrate strong people management & networking skills
·
Foster a culture of collaboration and build team members’ strengths
·
Play a substantive/lead role on projects including project planning, management and managing quality
·
Participate in proposal development efforts
·
Participate in team management and training efforts at practice level
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
:
·
Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP business process risk & controls (BPRC) design and testing on large scale SAP implementation projects.
·
Strong experience in the design, implementation, and testing of business process or Information Technology (IT) controls in an SAP S/4 HANA or ECC environment, including SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty (SOD) controls
·
Strong understanding of SAP configurations across multiple business cycles such as RTR, PTP, OTC etc. and in designing and testing Risk & Control Matrix
·
Full lifecycle experience in Business Process Controls transformation (including Controls Strategy, Design, Evaluation, Training and Monitoring setup)
·
Strong understanding of regulatory concerns impacting SAP environments, including Sarbanes Oxley
·
Using your functional and technical knowledge to provide practical insight to how clients might exploit SAP (and non-SAP) data more effectively to generate value and manage risk across their business.
·
Being accountable for end-to-end project delivery, leading client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and owning project timelines, and resourcing.
·
Strengthening and broadening our SAP BPRC propositions and capability within Deloitte and showcasing our work with clients.
·
Actively coaching and developing the skills of junior team members.
·
Actively seeking opportunities to demonstrate our best-in-class solutions to clients by presenting solution demos to prospective clients and supporting responses to client RFPs (request for proposals)
·
Interact with clients, working in multi-geographic time zones with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model
·
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills
·
Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and engagements and cross-functional project
·
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, manage ambiguity, and work independently or as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
:

Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred
·
Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification is a plus
·
SAP Functional Certification would be an added advantage
·
Exposure to SAP GRC 10.x or 12.0 Process Control or Risk Management, SAP Audit Management, SAP Business Integrity Screening (BIS), including master data, workflow and automated control design would be an added advantage.
·
Strong knowledge of key business processes, inherent risks and potential controls and strong experience in SAP audit
·
Exposure to SaaS applications such as Ariba, Success factors would be preferred.
