PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To optimize business operations, financial processes, and reporting. This role ensures that SAP B1 aligns with the organization's goals by streamlining workflows, improving efficiency.
PRIMARY DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and manage SAP Business One ERP across group companies
Coordinate with vendors for customization, add-ons, and process improvements
Handle user support, troubleshooting, training, and authorization management
Manage master data, reports, SQL queries, and dashboard integrations
Ensure data accuracy, system security, backups, and smooth ERP operations
Prepare financial, stock, and operational reports through SAP B1
Support integrations with Zoho Analytics, Odoo EMR, and other applications
Conduct periodic audits, review meetings, and user training sessions
Develop print layouts, training manuals, and video tutorials as required
Maintain SAP licenses, RDP access, and related documentation professionally
